Located a block or so off High Street, the Hog's Head Inn has been a fixture of Hogsmeade for hundreds of years. It is known for its cheapness, especially when compared to The Three Broomsticks, and attracts a rather interesting clientele. The Hog's Head is managed by Aberforth Dumbledore.

No New Posts GLADRAG'S WIZARDWEAR ,

Gladrag's Wizardwear is a wizard clothing shop located in Hogsmeade, with additional shops in London and Paris. The clothing there won't help you blend in with muggles, but if you're looking for a new outfit for the party you heard about in the Room of Requirement this weekend, Gladrag's should be your first stop.

No New Posts HONEYDUKE'S SWEET SHOP ,

Honeyduke's is a sweetshop, owned by Ambrosius Flume and his wife. In addition to the standard wizarding candy that is sold there, the owners also make their own fudge and chocolate. The shop is quite a popular destination for Hogwarts students when visiting Hogsmeade on the weekends. Down in the cellar of the shop, amidst the boxes and wooden crates and known to only a select few people, is a trap door in the dusty floor - which opens to reveal a secret passageway to Hogwarts.

No New Posts MADAM PUDDIFOOT'S ,

Madam Puddifoot's is a small, cramped tea shop with decor on the tacky side of frilly (such as floating golden cherubs throwing pink confetti), located just off High Street. The only Hogwarts students who seem to patronize the place are trysting couples.

No New Posts THE POST OFFICE ,

Also known as the Owl Office, this is probably the only wizard only post office. Over three hundred owls are housed here, from Great Grays to tiny Scops. They sit on shelves that are color coding depending on how fast you want your letter to reach its destination.

No New Posts THE SHRIEKING SHACK ,

The Shrieking Shack is rumored to be the most haunted building in all of Britain. In reality, it was built when Remus Lupin arrived at Hogwarts so that he could go through the werewolf transformation a safe distance from the other students. It is impossible to break into the shack from the outside. It can only be entered through the secret entrance, found under the Whomping Willow.

Board Description
HOGSMEADE VILLAGE ,
Hogsmeade is the only entirely wizarding village in Britain. It was founded over a thousand years ago, around the same time as Hogwarts, by Hengist of Woodcroft as he was fleeing persecution by Muggles. It's a picturesque little village of thatched cottages and shops, with enchanted candles hanging in the trees during the holidays. On select Saturdays throughout the school year the village is filled with Hogwarts students, who are allowed to visit beginning in their third year; some of the Hogwarts teachers visit more frequently.
